Well it’s official. The hubs has now visited all seven continents. Quite the achievement. Our first day in Australia was consumed with travel. We disembarked the boat at around 10 am, got lunch and then got an Uber to the Sydney airport for a flight to Adelaide to begin our road trip.
While we were driven to the airport, I made a comment about how driving in the cities on the wrong side of the road was going to be …tense. Our driver, made the comment how he was from a country that drove on the right side of the road and he’d had to get accustomed as well.
We asked him where he was from and he named a politically fucked South American country. While talking about how long he’d lived in Australia, he made stated he didn’t want to return to his own country till it was less …fraught.
